What if I need to cancel?

I will always try to be understanding if you need to cancel. However, that being said if you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment it’s hard for me to get that spot filled. a 50% charge for the appointment that was booked will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment. This also applies to “no show” appointments.

Extensions

Every client who is interested in extensions will need to do a consultation with me prior to booking your appointment. If purchasing extensions you will need to purchase them in full prior to booking your extension appointment.

New guest/online appointments

I do require that all appointments are made with a credit card on file. This protects my no show and cancellation policy.

What if I am late?

If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, but it is important that this does not affect my next client’s appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late, it may be necessary for us to reschedule your visit to the next available appointment slot.
